Artificer Forge

The workplace: where you organize your jobs with Artificer Core, share what has been approved, and keep an eye on what it costs.

With Artificer Core, your AI assistant reviews each document and a person approves it. With one document, you can keep track by hand. With twenty at once, you lose the thread: what is pending, which step each one is on, who needs to approve.

Forge shows you every job on one screen, along with the step each one is on. The AI does the work. When a decision is needed, Forge stops and waits for a person. Nothing gets approved on its own.

In development, no date yet. In the meantime, Artificer Core already works directly from your AI assistant.

What it does

Four things in one place.

01

Every job in view

One screen with every job in progress and the step it is on. Jobs waiting for a person are flagged. The AI does the work; Forge stops when a decision is needed.

02

The map of your documents

A graph of your organization’s concepts (customer, contract…) and the documents attached to each one, linked when they complement each other. Filter by use and see which documents each use reads. What used to be a folder is now clear at a glance.

03

Document marketplace

The catalog of approved documents, with each document’s record in view. What is not yours to see appears locked: you request access and, once it is granted, you open it. Each team sees only its own documents, and knows what else exists.

04

Cost tracking

How much AI each job consumes and how long it takes, with analysis kept separate from doing the work. You know where the consumption goes before the bill arrives.

For technical teams

How it is designed.

Three levels

Governance: the list of jobs in progress, with a flag on those waiting for a person. Protocol: the steps of a job, exactly as Core’s process defines them; Forge does not invent others. Task: what needs to be done in a specific step.

Who does each step

Forge does not do the steps. It prepares the brief and the material for the step and starts the AI, which asks Core how to do it. Forge decides when to start it and checks that the step is still moving.

Trail and cost

Each step leaves its result and its cost alongside the job. From any document, you can get back to the job that produced it.
