Artificer Anvil
The deterministic part: for jobs that must come out the same every time.
If you want a job to run the same way every time, an AI is not the tool: it is expensive and can give a different result each time. Loading data tables, for example, has to give the same result every time. For those jobs, Anvil adds engines that do exactly what was approved, with no interpretation. The AI starts the job; the engine does the exact part, cheaper and repeatable.

How it is designed.
The first engine loads data tables with dbt (a standard tool for transforming data), only for the loads approved in the plan. Your AI assistant starts it, not Core: Core only serves the instructions.
